All conference participants, including authors, have to register for the payment of the conference fees. Conference registration is handled via ConfTool. First, you need to create a user account in ConfTool, then you can both submit your contribution (please see the submission guidelines) and register for the conference.

Registration includes access to all talks, posters, the conference dinner and a social event.

Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
Important Information
Early registration fee will be granted if the payment has been credited to our account on or before June 1st, 2016. Authors of accepted contributions are required to register by this date to ensure that their contribution will be included in the program.
Students are required to be in possession of a valid student ID (or other confirmation of actual student status), which they will need to present at the registration desk.
Please be aware that we will check IAEA membership status, when this option is selected.

Conference Dinner and Social Event
Kindly note that the Conference Dinner and an additional Social event are included in the registration fee. For planning purposes please indicate whether you are intending on joining these events when registering.
It is possible bring an accompanying person to the conference dinner. Please be aware that we have to charge an additional 20 € for an accompanying person. When registering for the conference, this option can be selected in ConfTool.
